Step 1:
Visit Our Showroom
Come visit us to take a walk through our showroom. Ask us all of your questions, compare our products, take a look through our catalogs and get to know us. We will discuss our design process, lead times, products, and installation.

Step 2:
Site Visit
Our designer will schedule a visit to your home to meet with you and determine your tastes, personal style and budget requirements. During this meeting we will be ale to accurately give you an estimate based on your project scope. In order to continue with the design process we will present you with a non-refundable design retainer agreement and request a down payment that will be applied to the purchase of your kitchen.

Step 3:
Site Measurement
After we've received the Design Retainer Agreement, our designer will schedule a second visit to your home to measure the areas that we will be updating. We require formal blueprints to proceed with the design process. Your designer will let you know whether a structural engineer will be required to prepare drawings in the event that bearing walls are planned to be removed
or altered.

Step 4:
Design & Product Options
The designer will present ideas for your project along with cost estimates. This is when you will select the cabinet brands you prefer along with the door style and finish.
You will also make decisions on countertops, appliances, sinks, faucets and other options with the help of your designer. Once we have this information, the designer can proceed with final drawings
and pricing.

Step 5:
Presentation of Drawings & Pricing
Come on back to the showroom! The designer will present to you formal drawings including floor plans and elevations. The proposal will include the total price of cabinetry along with itemized prices for options such as countertops and accessories. Installation costs will be estimated. Decisions will be finalized and a contract drawn up. At this meeting you should be prepared to make a deposit of 50% of the product cost.

The Final Steps
After the order is placed, manufacturing begins. We will receive preliminary acknowledgement from the cabinet manufacturer with estimated delivery dates and a listing of materials.
All changes must be made at this time. Once we have an estimated delivery date, we will schedule
your installation.

Delivery & Installation
We will notify you of the exact delivery date and coordinate installation. Please prepare your kitchen for construction by removing all your belongings. We want to make this transition go as smoothly as possible for you. Please have patience, your new kitchen will be worth it!
